# Rooms

> Rooms is a calm social network where friends make rooms together: short text posts, live gadgets (widgets), stickers, voice rooms, and a workshop where anyone can ask for a new widget in plain words.

## Widget library
- [All widgets](https://rooms-edge.roomsapp.workers.dev/library): checklists, habit and water trackers, countdowns and "days till", live football scores, focus timers, skincare and self-care routines, bill splitting, chore rotations, moon phase, weather, prices, and hundreds made by the community. Free.
- Each widget has a page at https://rooms-edge.roomsapp.workers.dev/w/<id> with an embed snippet; widgets work in any page or AI chat app that can show an iframe.

## API
- GET https://rooms-edge.roomsapp.workers.dev/api/widgets : the library as JSON (id, name, about, settings, page, embed).
- GET https://rooms-edge.roomsapp.workers.dev/api/widgets/<id> : one widget.
- POST https://rooms-edge.roomsapp.workers.dev/api/widgets/request with {"prompt": "...", "kind": "gadget"|"theme"} and a Rooms member's bearer token: the workshop builds it or sets up a library widget. Limits: 3 a day per member, 100 a day in total.
- GET https://rooms-edge.roomsapp.workers.dev/api/widgets/request/<id> : status (queued, building, ready, failed) and the result.
